If you work for yourself, bookkeeping often gets pushed aside until tax season. The problem usually isn’t that bookkeeping is hard. It’s that there’s no time set aside to do it. Bookkeeping Club creates that time.
Each month, we gather for a simple coworking session where everyone logs in, opens their books (or other tax/money/adulting task), and take care of it together. The goal is not perfection. It’s to keep your money systems up-to-date so your business runs smoothly.
When your bookkeeping stays current, you have the knowledge you need to stay on top of quarterly taxes, your deductions are tracked, and you grow your financial power.
What Members Receive
Members of Bookkeeping Club receive monthly coworking sessions where they can do their money tasks (monthly bookkeeping, taxes, or other adulting tasks) alongside other freelancers.
These sessions provide a structured space to get the money tasks done that you know you need to, like categorizing expenses, recording income, and getting ready for your next estimated quarterly tax payment.
Membership also includes invitations to in-person Bookkeeping Club coworking meetups when available and a 10% discount on Sunlight Tax workshops throughout the year. These include:

Who Bookkeeping Club Is For
Bookkeeping Club is designed for freelancers, consultants, artists, and independent workers who manage their own finances and want a safe container to show up and do the money tasks you may be resisting, with the encouragement of a caring tax pro, without judgement, and in community.
Come as you are. You don’t need to be a financial expert. You just need to show up. You’ll get better as you practice each month.
Upgrade to Founder
Founder members receive everything included in Bookkeeping Club, along with an Estimated Quarterly Tax workshop before the deadline every quarter, and monthly money workshops. This is designed for freelancers who want ongoing structure and support for managing their finances throughout the year.
Founder membership includes access to the Estimated Quarterly Taxes Workshops, where freelancers learn how to calculate and submit their estimated tax payments with guidance before each IRS quarterly tax deadline.
You will also receive access to the clear, encouraging Sunlight Tax workshop series, which includes twelve workshops across the year that will help you feel more confident with your money.
